A traditional costume button, the kind found on loden jackets, traditional vests, and Bavarian-style coats. The domed surface features an openwork vine ornament with small, pearl-like decorations against a blackened background. The cool antique silver-tone look with a slightly iridescent patina is reminiscent of vintage folk jewelry.
You can use it as a replacement for a lost button or for your own sewing project. On the back, it has a sturdy wire shank for sewing it on.
